About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to serve as a freelance witness for estate planning signing ceremonies at our law office in Clifton, NJ. This is an on call role with no set schedule, ideal for someone with flexible availability. Each appointment typically lasts between 40 minutes to one hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Flexible, on-call availability (appointments scheduled as needed)
- Professional attire

- Legal, administrative, or notary experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled estate planning signing appointments at our Clifton office
