Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Per Diem Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our Hematologic Malignancies division. Role Overview: Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Office Practice Model. Provide clinical support to staff members and assist with the management of a caseload of ambulatory hematology services patients receiving treatment. Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and offer patient and family education. Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- New York State RN license and BSN
- 1.5-2 years of RN experience required
Nice To Haves
- Bone Marrow Transplant Oncology and ambulatory care experience preferred
