About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics for a Children's Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a sign-on bonus. The position involves providing direct pediatric patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements
- Active State RN License
- Active CPR or BLS
- Active PALS
Responsibilities
- Provide direct pediatric patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents based on their individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive, family-centered care.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, safety measures, and ongoing healthcare needs.
- Maintain a safe, patient- and family-focused environment while delivering care in accordance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
