About The Position
Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital is looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Palmer, MA ! SCHEDULE: Per Diem, As Needed Requirements- 24 total hours in one month Great differential pay for weekends and holidays! Department Highlights: New Emergency Department with 20 beds , including two critical care bays Majority of beds are private rooms , enhancing patient comfort and privacy Equipped with cutting-edge technology , including an in-department CT scanner and radiology unit Fully accredited by the Joint Commission Designated Primary Stroke Service hospital Recognized by CMS as a model hospital for health promotion and quality of life improvement Supported by the Trauma 1 Center at BMC in Springfield, with easy access through critical care transports; Medical Helicopters and Ambulance THE ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH BAYSTATE! Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Education: Diploma in Nursing (Required)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsState of MassachusettsState of Massachusetts
