This is a per diem rotating shift at Westchester Hospital located in Bronxville, NY.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with the ability to read and write English.
- Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy or health care environment setting.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcare Association (NHA).
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) with the New York State Education Department.
- Must be self-started with ability to think independently in solving routine customer service issues.
- Must be able to distinguish patient names and other written words on a pharmacy medication label.
- Must be able to perform all duties required of a pharmacy technician.
- All roles require on-site presence (variable by role).
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
