About The Position

Requirements

PSS Certified (or willing to obtain certification with company assistance)
Ability to successfully pass a background screening
Current immunization documentation, including MMR, Varicella, and annual influenza vaccination records

Nice To Haves

At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
Experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation preferred
Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and assignments
Strong communicators
Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed
Committed to providing high-quality care and customer service
Willing to travel 30 minutes to 1.5 hours to client locations

Responsibilities

Assist clients with a variety of non-medical home care services, including personal care assistance, mobility support and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and social engagement, and transportation assistance.
Provide temporary coverage for clients when their regular caregiver is unavailable.
Assist clients with mobility and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
