Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an After Hours Hospice On Call Nurse? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for the Flint and surrounding areas! Our On-Call After Hours RN/LPN will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on an on-call basis

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Make patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Perform Admissions as needed
• Participate in field visits daily
• Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
