About The Position

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice focused on prevention and longevity. They offer a multidisciplinary team of physicians providing proactive, preventive, and precision-based care. All services, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging, are included in the members' annual fee. Their mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time and bringing humanity back into health care. The institute opened its flagship location in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and is launching a Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient and registered/certified in MRI ARRT
  • High school diploma plus an associate degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • National certification in MRI through ARRT (R.T.(MR)) or ARMRIT required
  • Independently perform MRI procedures at a tech level in accordance with protocols.
  • Maintain proper quality control procedures.
  • Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to MRI exams, Safety and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
  • Knowledge of concepts, standards, procedures and equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • IV/contrast injection certification preferred (e.g., ARRT post-primary certification or employer-approved training)

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of MRI imaging procedures and functions that require independent judgment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on members/patients of all age groups.
  • Prepare and position patients accurately for specific examinations, observing different and special requirements for each protocol, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assume responsibilities for designated areas of MRI Equipment, producing high-quality technical images and reviewing completed exams for quality and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot departmental technical issues according to correct procedural guidelines.
  • Practice and employ ALARA principles for all patients and Members.
  • Ensure all QC sheets are completed accurately.
  • Review schedule for any gaps in coverage.
