About The Position

Provides professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to care for patients. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Required to float to other clinical units with demonstrated competency. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current California RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire or status change
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire or status change
• Basic dysrhythmia certification within 120 days of employment or status change
• Hemodynamic monitoring certificate within 120 days of hire or status change
• Current NRP (if floating to L&D)
• Current Basic Fetal Monitoring (if floating to L&D)

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
• CEN
