About The Position
Admiral Beverage is seeking a Retail Beverage Merchandiser for Pepsi of Kalispell in the Flathead Valley. This role involves stocking a wide range of Pepsi products in various store locations to meet company standards. The position requires walking stores to identify stocking needs, building displays, and ensuring product freshness by adhering to sell-by dates. Success in this role depends on learning product knowledge, building store relationships, and adapting to a dynamic market. Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Have a good driving record.
- Be reliable.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to adapt to a constantly changing, competitive market.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
- Be able to work 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities
- Stocking Pepsi products in stores according to sell-by dates to ensure freshness.
- Walking stores upon arrival to identify all locations needing stocking.
- Constructing product displays using store or sales representative guides, and incorporating creative, approved ideas.
- Communicating with sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other Merchandisers, and store customers.
- Lifting and moving products, regularly lifting up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Pushing and pulling carts and pallets of products.
- Maintaining store and Pepsi of Kalispell standards for product placement and presentation.
