This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional leaders to deliver scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure system stability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Order Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, and Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience with functional setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional support for PeopleSoft modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and related Supply Chain modules.
  • Configure setups, workflows, and system parameters to support business processes and new requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Manage service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain documentation, configuration logs, and knowledge base materials.
