  • Ability to work on‑site and participate in occasional after-hours or on-call support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Integration Broker, DMS, or PeopleSoft reporting tools.
  • Background in enterprise ticketing systems and automation of provisioning workflows.
  • Prior work in regulated environments with formal audit cycles.
  • Knowledge of identity management platforms (OIM, SailPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain PeopleSoft security models including dynamic roles, permission lists, custom roles, row‑level and chartfield security, and query security trees.
  • Manage workflow and route controls and configure user preferences to support business processes and approvals.
  • Administer access requests and provisioning to meet business needs while enforcing least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Troubleshoot and tune PeopleSoft environments across web, application, integration, and batch tiers; analyze logs and resolve security incidents.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using SQL, shell scripting, and other tools to improve accuracy and speed of security operations.
  • Support patching, upgrades, and production releases, including environment refreshes and post‑release validation.
  • Participate in audits and compliance activities; prepare evidence, respond to inquiries, and update documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, app sysadmins, developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver projects, design security objects, and create reports/queries.
  • Provide Help Desk support for security‑related tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Be available for occasional on‑call rotation and after-hours work to maintain system uptime and support business continuity.
  • Review security notifications and application logs for errors and anomalies.
  • Coordinate with the security team to prioritize and execute remediation actions.
  • Support functional and development teams with security troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Process and resolve security tickets and assist end users as appropriate.

Benefits

  • Work on a mission‑critical ERP platform that impacts payroll, finance, and HR.
  • Collaborate with experienced application, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Opportunity to lead security design for future PeopleSoft modules and integrations.
