About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Broker Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft applications to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. The role focuses on the integration layer, including service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling. The successful candidate will combine hands-on Integration Broker expertise with broader PeopleTools knowledge and an understanding of API and integration design patterns.

The engineer will work with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. The role also involves contributing through code and design reviews and mentoring junior engineers. Strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a track record of delivering production-ready work are expected. The position is full-time, direct W2, and 100% remote within the United States. Salary is $100,000–$150,000 annually. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web service security standards, including WS-Security and OAuth2.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a track record of delivering work that holds up in production.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Exposure to event-driven integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling for PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of API management concepts.
