About The Position

The Client is seeking a senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The consultant will analyze business requirements, evaluate current processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party systems, and support testing, documentation, training, and implementation activities. The successful candidate must be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with subject-matter experts, technical teams, business stakeholders, and a large remote project team.

Requirements

8+ years Business analysis experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
8+ years Business analysis experience implementing Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
8+ years Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis with subject-matter experts
8+ years Hands-on end-to-end system integration testing involving third-party interfaces
8+ years Microsoft Office 365 experience, including at least four applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
8+ years Experience working with Microsoft Teams in a large-team environment

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Facilitate requirements discussions with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
Conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 functionality.
Support implementations involving PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
Analyze current business processes and recommend system or process improvements.
Develop current-state and future-state workflows and detailed functional documentation.
Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party interface systems.
Document user needs, system functions, business rules, interfaces, inputs, outputs, and reporting requirements.
Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, dependencies, and scheduling constraints.
Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing.
Validate third-party interfaces, data conversions, workflows, and system outputs.
Document and track defects and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
Support user acceptance testing, training preparation, and implementation activities.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, process flows, test results, and status updates.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate through Microsoft Teams.
Support additional project activities as assigned.
