PeopleSoft Developer
About The Position
This role involves providing functional support for PeopleSoft Project Implementations, ensuring adherence to statewide configuration and accounting procedures. The developer will translate functional requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with various stakeholders including Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, and Oracle, and communicate effectively with agency, technical, and functional users. Responsibilities include updating documentation, preparing test scenarios and materials, and designing processes within Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense modules. The role also requires functional production support for all PeopleSoft Modules, identifying project risks, and understanding State of Oklahoma Accounting procedures. Additionally, the developer will assist with testing patches, fixes, Financials PUM Upgrades, and PeopleSoft Test Framework maintenance.
Requirements
- Proficient with Financials 9.2, PUM 53.
- Knowledgeable in Grants, Projects Costing, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Treasury, General Ledger, Commitment Control, and Asset Management.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to work with and proficiently communicate with agency, technical and functional users.
- Be proficient in the following: Component Interfaces, SQR, App Engine, People Code, PeopleTools, SQL Developer, Bl Publisher.
- Thorough understanding of State of Oklahoma Accounting procedures, policies, and standards.

- Provide functional production support for all respective PeopleSoft Modules.
- Identify risks and obstacles within a project and provide a thorough assessment of FCoE, IS, CAR and other OMES leadership.
