The developer will translate functional requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with various stakeholders including Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, and Oracle, and communicate effectively with agency, technical, and functional users. Responsibilities include updating documentation, preparing test scenarios and materials, and designing processes within Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense modules. The role also requires functional production support for all PeopleSoft Modules, identifying project risks, and understanding State of Oklahoma Accounting procedures. Additionally, the developer will assist with testing patches, fixes, Financials PUM Upgrades, and PeopleSoft Test Framework maintenance.
