About The Position

KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries. This is a remote position with a duration through August 2027.

Requirements

Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator and/or PeopleSoft DBA in enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Tools administration, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
Extensive Oracle DBA experience, including administration and support of Oracle Database 11g.
Experience managing Oracle Exadata platforms and Oracle GoldenGate replication technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex PeopleSoft and Oracle database issues while working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain PeopleSoft application environments across development, testing, and production systems.
Perform PeopleSoft Administration and Oracle DBA activities, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, database, and infrastructure-related technical issues.
Collaborate with technical, functional, and database teams to support business operations, deployments, and system enhancements.
Manage Oracle Exadata environments and Oracle GoldenGate replication processes to support real-time data integration and high availability.
