Requirements
- 5+ years of Database Administration experience
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (Backup/Restore, Performance Tuning, Indexing, Troubleshooting)
- Experience with database security, replication, and high availability solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting production environments
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, monitoring, and capacity planning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior telecom domain experience is a plus
