The People & Values Business Partner – Corporate / Office Teams is a strategic, proactive, and forward-looking partner to enterprise and functional leadership teams. This role plays a critical part in enabling Riverside’s growth by strengthening organizational design, building future-ready capabilities, and scaling people practices that support high-performing corporate teams. As Riverside continues to scale across functions and geographies, the HRBP partners closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business strategy, guide organizational and operating model evolution, and ensure culture, leadership, and talent systems enable execution, collaboration, and sustainable performance. This role embodies Riverside’s four interconnected P&V partnership roles: Strategic Partner Change Leader Culture & Talent Champion Operational Enabler

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partnering or HR advisory roles.
  • Experience supporting corporate/ enterprise, teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Technical Design).
  • Demonstrated capability in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at multiple levels.
  • Proven success supporting growth, scale, or transformation in office-based environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort using people and business insights.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong alignment with Riverside’s purpose, values, and operating principles.

Responsibilities

  • Align structure, capabilities, and talent with enterprise strategy and growth priorities.
  • Build and deliver people strategies that enable business growth, enterprise effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with functional leaders to align organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning with evolving business needs.
  • Advise on span of control, decision rights, and operating model effectiveness to improve speed, accountability, and alignment.
  • Integrate people priorities into annual planning, operating rhythms, and long-range business strategy.
  • Support leadership capability development and succession planning to ensure bench strength for current and future enterprise needs.
  • Guide corporate teams through scale, complexity, and organizational evolution.
  • Lead and support people- and process-focused transformation initiatives across office and enterprise teams.
  • Drive adoption of new operating models, ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
  • Partner with leaders to clarify roles, responsibilities, and governance to reduce friction and improve execution.
  • Build change readiness by supporting leaders through communication, engagement, and alignment strategies.
  • Enable consistent employee experience during periods of growth, transformation, or structural change.
  • Build strong leaders, engaged teams, and a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance.
  • Champion Riverside’s purpose, values, and leadership behaviors across corporate teams.
  • Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent and critical enterprise capabilities.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development for managers and senior leaders.
  • Strengthen performance management, feedback, and development practices to reinforce clarity, accountability, and growth.
  • Leverage engagement, performance, and talent data to diagnose challenges and design targeted interventions.
  • Build scalable, efficient people processes that support enterprise growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies for specialized, professional, and leadership roles.
  • Strengthen onboarding, performance management, and development processes to ensure consistency and clarity across functions.
  • Advise and guide leaders on compensation decisions to ensure fairness, internal equity, and alignment with Riverside’s compensation frameworks and principles
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, proactively managing employee relations matters.
  • Partner with P&V Centers of Excellence like L&D to deploy scalable, enterprise-aligned people programs.
  • Enable consistent application of people practices across functions and geographies.
