Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Right to work limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Assist operations and project teams in implementing process and operational changes, such as updating documentation, coordinating stakeholder input, and supporting communications.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data, providing fact-based summaries of findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, reports, and presentations to support project execution and decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance employee experience, increase efficiency, and ensure consistency across regions.
  • Gain exposure to HR operations, stakeholder management, and global collaboration.
