About The Position

As a People & TA Coordinator at Acne Studios, you will support the daily operations of our People Department, reporting directly to the Head of People, North America, based in our New Yor City office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes, providing administrative support across various People topics and support the retail teams on People topics. As People & TA Coordinator, you’ll provide support across a variety of People tasks. You will support the retail and office team in Talent Acquisition, helping us find and welcome unique talents. Requirements

  • A true team player who communicates clearly and values strong collaboration
  • Proactive with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are your friends)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or the fashion industry is a big plus
