About The Position

Coach the team on Scrum principles, help the team focus on release goals to achieve their highest performance level, and ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Coordinate projects in People Systems by using strong project management skills and deep analytical capabilities, and assist in applying agile principles to SAAS applications. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading Agile teams
Experience with Information Technology
Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework
Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
Experience with metrics, running reports, and creating queries
Bachelor's degree
U.S. citizenship is required
