About The Position

As a technical project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the NSS Disruption Cell RF systems and innovations. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and presenting using resources like MS Project, Power Point, VISIO, etc. and regular interactions with business leaders, SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project or financial analysts. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management role or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner supporting technical development
  • Experience with hardware and software development projects
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and Lifecyle tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience teaching and leading technical teams in Agile framework concepts
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technology field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with RF system development, signal processing, FPGA, or system integration teams
  • Experience with EVMS, risk management, and formal program lifecycle processes
  • Experience preparing for and supporting customer engagements, design reviews, and PMRs
  • Experience in the acquisition capture and proposal process
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification, or equivalent certification
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
