About The Position

College Track is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to serve as the connective tissue behind their People & Culture team's data and technology. This role involves partnering with every P&C function to transform HR data into clear, evidence-based insights about organizational health, while also managing and modernizing the HR tech stack. The ideal candidate will be adept at architecting HRIS workflows and presenting people-trends narratives to senior leadership. The role reports to the VP of People & Culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in systems and data management.
  • Proven track record of building simple, sustainable processes.
  • Comfort learning and administering HR software (ATS, survey tools, HRIS, project management platforms).
  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse groups.
  • Technical fluency in Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools, including AI tools.
  • Genuine, fierce commitment to College Track's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program/project management of people data, systems, and tools, including HRIS, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure people data is stored and accessed in compliance with local and federal laws.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on the responsible use of AI with people data.
  • Partner with P&C functions to maintain and analyze accurate data.
  • Build dashboards that connect People & Culture data to drive organizational change.
  • Deliver insights and automated reporting to various departments and leadership.
  • Own the People & Culture KPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as the go-to expert for the P&C software stack, maximizing tool utilization.
  • Support the implementation of new HRIS modules.
  • Lead new system rollouts to transition the team from transactional to automated, high-value work.
  • Partner with Talent Management to optimize the use of Greenhouse.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure system improvements and responsive support.
