The People Support Coordinator is an on-property, hourly role that supports the daily operations of the People & Culture function within a dynamic hotel environment. This position serves as a key administrative and operational partner, helping ensure a seamless colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing engagement and offboarding. We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands the importance of discretion, service excellence, and collaboration. Experience within a Hyatt property or comparable lifestyle or luxury hospitality brand is strongly preferred.
