At QTS, our People Services Data and Reporting Analyst’s thrive on tackling complex problems head on, leveraging data in all capacities. Seen as an expert in collaboration, this role works with many pieces of our organization, communicating at all levels. As a key culture leader within the People Services Operations team, you ensure the solutions you provide achieve our customer objectives and foster a positive work culture and employee engagement. The Impact You Will Have: As a People Services Data and Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for the delivery of People Services Reporting, Analytics, Insights and Data initiatives within QTS. You will lead and partner in requirements gathering, solution building, and deployment to our internal customers (Business Leaders, People Services teams, Finance teams and others). You will partner closely with the rest of the Data Analytics team and cross-functional People Services and extended teams.
