About The Position

The Advisor III, People Services reports to the Program Manager, People Services and Analytics and serves as a lead resource within the Employee Resource Center (ERC) for employee relations and compliance matters. This role leads employee relations investigations, owns employment-based immigration processes and compliance, oversees documentation quality standards, and interprets policies in complex matters. The Advisor III also receives and responds to Tier 1 People & Culture inquiries and serves as an escalation point for sensitive or high-risk concerns. The Advisor III exercises advanced professional judgment while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and consistent policy application. CapMetro is Austin's regional public transportation provider.
