About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a People Relations professional to own employee relations across the company. This role involves handling investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions efficiently and fairly. The ideal candidate will have experience running investigations end-to-end with documentation that can withstand legal review, coaching managers through performance and conduct issues, and identifying and addressing root causes of employee relations patterns. The People Team is responsible for building the people function from scratch to support rapid growth, reinventing people operations with AI, and owning culture and communications as the company scales.
