People Relations
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a People Relations professional to own employee relations across the company. This role involves handling investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions efficiently and fairly. The ideal candidate will have experience running investigations end-to-end with documentation that can withstand legal review, coaching managers through performance and conduct issues, and identifying and addressing root causes of employee relations patterns. The People Team is responsible for building the people function from scratch to support rapid growth, reinventing people operations with AI, and owning culture and communications as the company scales.
Requirements
- Owned employee relations at a growing company and run investigations solo.
- Documentation has survived legal scrutiny.
- Deliver hard messages with care and keep trust on both sides.
- Spot the pattern behind repeat cases and act on it.

- Field or operations workforce ER.
- Manager training design.
Responsibilities
- Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly.
- Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
- Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
- Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
