Advocate Health is seeking an experienced People Relations & Enablement Training & Development Manager to help leaders and teammates navigate complex workplace situations while strengthening organizational effectiveness and mitigating risk. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR partners, and teammates across the enterprise, providing guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. You'll play a critical role in developing leader capability, driving consistency in people practices, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. This is an opportunity to influence culture and strengthen leadership practices across one of the nation's largest health systems. As a People Relations & Enablement Training & Development Manager, you'll partner with leaders, People & Culture teams, Legal, and HR stakeholders to address complex employee relations matters, improve processes, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and programs. You'll also mentor and coach team members, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help enable leaders to effectively manage performance, workplace concerns, and team dynamics while reducing organizational risk.
