Job Summary: Leads People Practices strategy and execution for an assigned business portfolio, including regions, Integrated Work Groups, Self-Perform Work (SPW), and entity operations. Serves as the primary People Practices advisor to senior business leaders, aligning workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development initiatives with business objectives. Oversees People Practices Business Partners and ensures consistent implementation of enterprise People Practices programs, policies, and operational standards. Partners with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operational Services to deliver integrated workforce solutions that support organizational performance, growth, and capability development.
