About The Position

This role sits inside a team that takes people and performance seriously - not as an HR function on the periphery of the business, but as a genuine commercial partner within it. It's a role where the work is real and the impact is visible. You'll work closely with managers across our Customer and GTM teams in Australia to develop performance, strengthen leadership, and navigate complexity early. You'll be close to the work and the people, not operating from a distance. Day to day, that looks like: coaching managers through difficult conversations, handling early ER matters with confidence, spotting patterns before they become problems, thinking through Australia as a region (not just how the GTM team are functioning), and building clarity and accountability into how teams operate. You'll carry signal up and bring perspective down. You'll report into the Senior People & Performance Partner - GTM and work alongside a tight team of partners who operate the same way: with judgment, not just process.
