About The Position

The People Partner for the newly created Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) will partner with the Page Wide Global Business Unit leaders and will be the main point of contact for the GSB business in AMS to develop and execute people strategies that align with organizational objectives, promote employee engagement, and enable the business to achieve business outcomes. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy. In this role, you will coach and collaborate with executive leaders to drive business outcomes and organization effectiveness. In this role, you will enjoy working on high impact engagements, processes, and projects. Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.
• Experience in executing, partnering, and collaborating to drive results.
• Superior ability to provide HR consultation to senior managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle competing priorities calmly under pressure and within restricted timeframes.
• Solid communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
• Excellent relationship building and management, as well as leadership and influencing skills.

• Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to drive business transformation.
