Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders on the people priorities that will move the needle on performance and culture, and lead workforce planning across your region.
  • Resolve complex ER issues, stay ahead of employment law developments, and get in front of systemic issues before they escalate.
  • Guide change initiatives from a people and legal-risk perspective, working closely with the Talent & Learning and wider Transformation & Change teams.
  • Build development plans for high-potential talent, turn engagement survey data into action, and champion equity, diversity and inclusion as a strategic priority.
  • Oversee senior recruitment and support talent mobility strategies in partnership with Talent Mobility & Acquisition.
  • Lead the Global Annual Pay Review and advise on grading, benchmarking and benefits.
  • Analyse people data (turnover, performance, engagement) to build the narratives that influence senior leadership.
  • Keep the HR policy framework compliant, current and clearly understood across your region.
