Requirements
- Experience in HR, logistics, or transportation environments.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and employment law.
- Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Analytical skills to assess data and recommend business decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Developing and facilitating training programs experience
- Human resources or training professional certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR, ASTD).
- Managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits)
Responsibilities
- Advise and support leaders on HR policies, associate relations, and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, training, and payroll.
- Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
- Champion company programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Drive operational improvements to achieve safety, quality, and business goals.
