This internship is being offered as part of a partnership with the Lone Star College LifePATH® Program and is intended to support a designated student participant in the program. The People & Organization Associate Intern will support the People & Organization team in a special 9-week records management project focused on digitizing, organizing, and maintaining employee personnel files. This position provides a student with hands-on exposure to Human Resources operations while developing professional skills in records management, data organization, confidentiality, and administrative support. The intern will work in a structured environment with clearly defined processes and expectations to help ensure employee records are accurately scanned, indexed, organized, and stored in accordance with company standards. Ideal Candidate Profile: A student who enjoys organizing information, working with structured processes, paying close attention to details, and taking pride in maintaining accurate records. This internship is well suited for individuals who are dependable, methodical, and interested in learning how Human Resources supports business operations.
