The People & Org Development Manager will partner closely with the Head of People to design, implement, and scale solutions that enable Imprint’s team to perform at its highest potential. This role applies three core skills—solving the right problems, driving business value, and communicating with intention—to a variety of organizational challenges and strategic initiatives. From optimizing hiring and onboarding to developing data-driven people programs, this person will help shape the systems and culture that allow Imprint’s business and people to thrive.
