We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team and champion this mission within the APJC region. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, ensuring their journey is smooth and positive. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless experience by resolving inquiries, managing data with precision, and ensuring our People processes are efficient and effective. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our internal teams and contribute to building a world-class employee experience as our organization expands.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in HR administration and comfortable handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in working with data and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing to employees across the APJC region.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Workday or Zendesk would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Champion key employee lifecycle process: Take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across APJC, including onboarding, internal transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and positive experience for employees throughout the APJC region.
  • Be a subject-matter expert for employee inquiries: Provide timely, high-quality support to employee inquiries through Zendesk. Act as a trusted liaison between employees and People/Payroll teams, resolving issues efficiently with empathy and accuracy.
  • Elevate the employee experience through cross-functional collaboration: Act as a proactive liaison between employees and specialized teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to address and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance: Maintain and update employee records across People/Payroll systems, performing regular and ad hoc audits to guarantee 100% data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence: Analyze employee feedback and process metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Partner with regional teams to implement scalable solutions that improve the overall People Operations function across APJC.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives and projects: Contribute to HR system implementations, vendor management, and regional programs such as annual performance and compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and year-end Payroll preparation, making them easy to understand and navigate for our employees.
