We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to recruit top talent across North America while also supporting HR operations that keep our teams engaged, informed, and thriving. This isn’t just about filling roles for us, it’s about building relationships and shaping the future of our team. In this role, you’ll recruit across departments and levels, managing every step of the process from the first hello to a successful start date. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner for North America, playing a key role in building our team and strengthening our overall culture and employee experience. We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from a Blueair office (NYC or Chicago Loop) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.
