The People department is a strategic business function that focuses on putting employees first by humanizing systems, improving processes, and creating an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. We partner closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure our people, systems, policies, and operations scale effectively alongside the business. As a People Operations Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening Verto’s global People function, with a strong focus on United States employee operations, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and balancing people support with operational execution. You will work closely with the Head of People to help build scalable, compliant, people-first processes across the organization.
