About The Position

As the People Operations Specialist, you will be the architect of our people data infrastructure and the primary administrator for Rippling. Reporting directly to the Director, People Operations, your mission is to transform our HR tech stack into a scalable, automated engine that powers the entire employee lifecycle. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be building the "single source of truth" that leadership relies on to make critical business decisions. From designing intelligent AI-driven workflows to translating complex datasets into actionable insights, your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently. You will own the integrity, governance, and integration of our people data, ensuring that our systems (Payroll, Finance, Benefits) talk to each other seamlessly and that our team has the real-time insights they need to thrive.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience administering HRIS Systems.
  • Mastery of HRIS platform configurations, custom automations, and third-party integrations.
  • Passion for data hygiene and building sophisticated dashboards.
  • Analytical skills to turn data into meaningful recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tools to replace manual, repetitive tasks with intelligent workflows.
  • Implement proactive data anomaly detection.
  • Own data governance and conduct regular system audits.
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for system support and troubleshooting.
  • Document new processes in the internal knowledge base.
  • Manage complex integrations across various platforms (e.g., Payroll, Finance, Benefits) to ensure a unified tech stack.
