In this highly impactful position, you’ll guide employees and People Leaders through some of the most meaningful moments in the employee lifecycle – including leaves of absence and the transition to retirement. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, providing thoughtful, personalized support that helps employees feel cared for, informed and confident during these important milestones. As a key member of our Milestones & Events team, you’ll manage complex, sensitive situations with empathy and precision. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors to ensure we deliver a seamless, complaint, and exceptional experience from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
