Requirements

  • Continuous improvement mindset: someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR/People operations, shared services, or advisory functions, ideally within a structured service delivery model
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) and experience processing employee lifecycle transactions with high accuracy
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate
  • Solid understanding of employee data privacy, local labor law fundamentals, and statutory documentation requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and escalate appropriately in a matrix environment
  • High attention to detail with disciplined case management, documentation, and follow-through
  • Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and leader queries, managing cases through Workday and defined service channels
  • Execute and maintain accurate Workday transactions, ensuring data integrity across employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, documentation, and statutory requirements
  • Manage case workflows end-to-end, including investigation, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and timely resolution
  • Maintain employee documentation, including statutory records, contract packs, and personnel files, ensuring audit readiness
  • Deliver employee enablement through training and guidance on self-service tools, improving adoption and reducing recurring queries
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, knowledge articles, and operational efficiencies
