About The Position

StubHub is looking for a People Operations Partner to join their People team, reporting to the Head of People Operations. This role is part of the operational backbone of the People function and will own key employee lifecycle operations, improve and scale how the company operates, drive cross-functional execution, and help deliver a seamless experience for all employees. The People team needs to operate with the same level of speed, clarity, and discipline as the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting back to basics and being part of a build, partnering with employees and cross-functional partners to keep the People function running smoothly while helping improve the way work is done. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, getting things done, and finding better ways to support employees every day.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar operational role.
Proven experience managing employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits operations, leave administration, compliance, and People systems.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining accurate employee data and supporting strong data governance across People systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams while exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and business information.
A resourceful and proactive approach, with strong ownership, follow-through, and the business curiosity to continuously improve how People Operations supports employees and the company.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits operations, leave administration, employee documentation, and compliance initiatives.
Help every StubHub employee get the support they need by providing timely guidance, building resources that enable self-service, and making it easier to access information.
Partner closely with the People team and cross-functional partners to execute key priorities, manage projects, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
Assist with recurring People programs and cyclical initiatives, helping ensure timelines, communications, system updates, and execution stay on track.
Manage external vendors by coordinating implementations, supporting contracts and invoicing, and resolving operational issues.
Maintain accurate employee data by managing updates across People systems, auditing records, and adding to data governance.
Help evolve People programs and operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and build more scalable ways of working.
