The People Operations & Office Coordinator provides first-line People support across the full teammate lifecycle, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations. This role manages high-volume teammate inquiries, resolves Tier 1 help cases, completes I-9 and E-Verify processing, performs password resets, and maintains accurate teammate data for onboarding, sideboarding, and terminations. In addition, the coordinator supports office logistics, vendor coordination, and supply management. The coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and customer-focused service while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three designated in-office days per week. Onsite presence may occasionally increase based on business needs.
