Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the People Operations Manager acts as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with HR programs. The People Operations Manager also acts as the focal point for employees and inquiries related to benefits, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, staffing, compensation and training & development while supporting the employees and the operation's management team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to lead the HR function for a high-end furniture manufacturer. This role will focus on creating positive employee experience by driving key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for people, and a strong understanding of HR best practices in a manufacturing environment.
