About The Position

As our People Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our workplace culture and the engine behind our HR operations. Working directly out of our New Jersey office, you will own the full employee life cycle—from attracting top tech talent and welcoming new hires to optimizing benefits, ensuring seamless compliance, and keeping our team engaged. Requirements

Proven experience managing core HR operations, payroll/timekeeping platforms (ADP preferred), and full-cycle recruiting.
Solid understanding of employment laws, FMLA/ADA administration, and HR best practices.
Ability to work autonomously in an in-person, full-time exempt capacity, managing your time flexibly to meet business and team needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Craft compelling job postings, interview top candidates, manage offers, and run high-touch onboarding experiences that get new hires excited and ready to excel.
Oversee daily HR administration, time & attendance, PTO, and reporting in ADP with sharp accuracy.
Support employee recognition programs, organize culture events, and gather meaningful feedback to keep our collaborative vibe strong.
Administer our comprehensive benefits packages, 401(k), FMLA, and leave programs, acting as the trusted subject matter expert for all team questions.
Keep our policies current, ensure full state and federal compliance, and partner closely with leadership on employee relations, guidance, and performance management.
