GetScale is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead its People function, reporting directly to the COO. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR generalist responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, leaves and accommodations, performance management, manager coaching, and HR systems. The role also involves championing company culture, fostering an exceptional employee experience, and contributing to the evolution of the culture.
