tms is looking to hire a hands-on Manager for our North America People Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the North America People Operations team, improving the team’s service offerings and technology, and shaping the roadmap to enable the full People Team to meet growth demands and continuously improve employee experiences. There will be a focus on automation and leveraging technology to improve internal processes and employee experience. This role will report into the Global People Operations Director and be an integral part of the Global People Operations team.
