Atticus is looking for a People Operations leader to join their team. This individual contributor role will be central to hiring, onboarding, and supporting employees, with ownership over the systems and processes that contribute to a positive work environment. The role involves defining benefits offerings, streamlining people technology and processes, and enhancing the employee experience. The position reports directly to the Head of People and is part of a small, high-impact team.
