About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a People Operations Manager Scale Up on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in scalable people operations for a fast-growing multi-country organisation. You will take responsibility for work that connects people processes, HR systems and compliance, while ensuring that service design and team leadership receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The people function combines employee experience, reliable judgement, usable processes and respect for sensitive information.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering scalable people operations for a fast-growing multi-country organisation in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of people processes and HR systems.
• Practical experience applying compliance and service design.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving team leadership.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from technology scale-ups or international growth companies.
• Exposure to employee experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
