You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, and you’re great at turning it into clear programs, processes, and expectations for others. You’ve helped build and scale People Ops before, and you care deeply about doing it well. You know how to build, manage, and develop a People Ops team, and you take pride in high‑quality execution. You care about employee experience and culture, but you’re also great at iterating on programs. You believe great People Ops shows up in the details, the systems, and the day‑to-day in-office moments that make work actually work.
